All students must submit a permission slip before attending the event. Slips are available in the "links/forms" section of this website AND print copies are available in the Hales main office. Office hours are from 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday thru Friday.

Permission slips may be submitted in the main office during business hours.

All students must arrive at Hales at by 8:30am. Two school buses will leave Hales at 9am and return at approximately 7pm on that day. Due to the current construction, students are instructed to congregate in front of the school at the "4930" entrance directly across from the senior citizens building. Students are NOT to enter the building for any reason.
